Our Member Protection Information Officer is available to assist and provide information to members who may have an issue or grievance at the club. The MPIO is the first point of contact for any member wishing to raise a concern.

Complaints

Any issues or complaints within the surf club can be directed to the complaints manager so that they may work to resolve any issues, alongside the Member Protection Information Officer and Child Safety Coordinator when applicable. All members involved in the complaints resolution process can act independently of the club committee and leadership to ensure an unbiased response to member feedback.
Concerns can also be reported directly on the SLS Complaint Online Reporting System.

Child Safety
Child Safety Coordinator: Amanda Bagnall

NCSLSC recognises the importance of protecting the safety and well-being of children participating in Surf Life Saving related activities. Our Child Safety Coordinator is responsible for looking after under 18’s participating in the nippers program and those participating in patrols and other surf club activities. Concerns relating to the welfare and safety of members under 18 should be directed to the Child Safety Coordinator to ensure a positive environment for our younger members.
