Having a wedding or a function? The Surf Club overlooks the beautiful Warrain Beach at Culburra and is the perfect venue for your next special occasion. The Club hall offers ocean frontage with spectacular views up and down the coast and there is plenty of on-site parking for your guests.

Surf Club Hall Hire Pricing
Weekend Hire (Friday 9am – Sunday 11am)- $3,000.00
Day hire (up to 8 hours weekdays)– $600.00
Half day hire (up to 4 hours weekdays)– $300.00
Deposit (paid at time of booking)- 20%
Bond- $2,000.00
Hire Includes – Hall hire for agreed time, commercial kitchen & bar, tables, chairs, dinner plates,
bread plates, cutlery, red and white wine glasses, highball glasses and water jugs for 130 guests, large
onsite carpark & council bins provided.
To secure your booking as stated in our conditions of hire, we require the hirer to sign and return a
completed application request form to a club representative, along with a non-refundable 20%
deposit (paid into the nominated bank account) which will come off the total owing amount. The
deposit will need to be paid in full along with the application request form to secure a booking.
A refundable bond of $2,000.00 must be paid in full at least one week before the booking date. The
bond will be automatically refunded to a nominated bank account in full within 2 working days from
the date of the booking. (See terms and conditions for more information)
Please note;
The maximum capacity of the club (130 people) must not be exceeded at any time.
The hall cannot be hired for 18th and 21st birthday parties.
