Follow these instructions if you are currently, or have been in the last two years, a member of a surf lifesaving club and you want to transfer to a different club:
- First, login to your Member’s Portal account and choose the “Lifesaving online/Renewals” tab (if you don’t have a member’s portal account, create one here:
- Next choose “Join/Transfer to a new organisation”:
- Complete and submit the form.
Once you have submitted your form please wait approximately two weeks for the system to update. The information you have provided needs to move through a three-step process – from the club you are leaving, to Branch level and then to your new club. After two weeks, log in to your member’s portal account and under the ‘My Details’ tab check that your details have updated to our club. If they have not, please contact us and we will follow up the transfer for you.
